1. Legal Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Blue Rose VPN development group. By accessing or using our application, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
2. Privacy & No-Logs Policy
Your privacy is our core mission. Blue Rose VPN operates under a strict "No-Logs" policy. We do not monitor, record, or store any data related to your online activities, including but not limited to browsing history, traffic destination, or DNS queries. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your activities comply with local laws.
3. Age Restriction (17+)
Blue Rose VPN is designed for a mature audience. Usage of our software by individuals under the age of 17 is strictly prohibited. By creating an account or using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access if we suspect any user is under the required age.
4. Permitted Use
You agree not to use Blue Rose VPN for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: (a) violating the intellectual property rights of others; (b) distributing malware or engaging in cyber-attacks; (c) harassing or stalking individuals; or (d) any activity that places an excessive burden on our network infrastructure.
5. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The language of the arbitration shall be English.
